no cost. Our only request (to meet the requirements of our use rights of a
proprietary FrontPage design template) is that using Councils display our logo
in the footer in a manner similar to that used at
www.MassBayNavyLeague.org.

zip file of our entire website template (over 100 pages, without support or

derived our demonstration template from the current Charleston Council website
(www.NavyLeagueCharleston.org)
which we developed over 6 years ago
and have since supported. That site now uses our
Navy League Council
template.

template using FrontPage. FrontPage support and direct site management access
are available in each of our
website
service levels. Our template includes a web based content management
system.
We have been operating data base managed web
sites for over 4 years. During that time we developed a proven technology for
replicating the master template of the content management systems and supported
applications. This technology reduces development costs considerably. We are
passing those savings on to the Councils we will be supporting.
Our intent is to help each supported Council
become self-sustaining in website management. We will work with your designated
point of contact (Council webmaster) to achieve that end.
We will evolve our template to meet the
needs of our supported Councils. Periodic template upgrades are included in our
quoted fees.
Each supported Council site have its own
domain name such as
www.NavyLeagueCharleston.org. This domain will be "owned" by the
supported Council and managed by
Best Managers. Domain administration
and renewal is included in each plan's fee.
